El bandito is an impressive restaurant with an outstanding decoration, great music, friendly service to have a wonderful time with friends, family or your partner. It opened in the end of 2011 and it turned out to be a fashion zone of the city.
It`s image is simple and very well located: A bistro with french influence in it`s decoration aswell as in it`s food.
When you enter El Bandito it`s like entering a Restaurant in Paris. The little frames of “Le petit journal” , la crème brûlée and the comfortable music, the antique furniture are elements full of personality.
The restaurant “El Bandito” is located above a building of apartments in “la calle de los Anticuarios” and offers the complete experience: Not only tasty food with a french influence, esthetics, a great atmosphere and music. The live music is always from Wednesday to Saturday in the nights.”, said the owner Felipe Rodriguez.
His chef is Felip Arizabaleta who worked seven years in the country of Basque country. He also was chef in the kitchen of Horacio Barbato. Grilled octopus, blue mussels are one of his famous dishes.
The menu also offers hamburgers with a blue cheese, salmon with sauce hollandaise or the traditional pork with a pepper sauce. Each dish comes with fried potatoes. The salads, soups, baguettes, the vegetarian Ratatouille are other options.
The responsible for the live music are Daniel Correa de los Locos del Ritmo Jorge Pizarro and a DJin tune with the atmosphere.
