All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances
Exception:
We will only refund packages if we find out that you have a criminal background with violence related crimes. In this case we can not provide you our service. )
After the  payment we will realize a backround check on you ( including criminal records ).
In order to realize the background check we will demand a copy of your ID or drivers license ( including first and lastname, your city and state )
As stated above if we find out that you have criminal records we will deny you the membership and refund you the entire funds paid.

The full payment and booking of The Hotel and flight should be realized at least 10 days prior to your arrival in Bogota, Colombia.

• Only members can create a profile at our website.

Option 1 – Blind dates based on your given criteria ( age range, without or how many kids maximum)

Conditions:
– The agency will organize with potential ladies that will suit your given critiera ( see above ) in Bogota, Colombia.
– The number of the introductions will depend on the number of introductions that you will book.
– We guarantee that you will only be introduced to female members that have seen your photos and personal information and that have agreed to meet you.
–  If you book this option we won´t show you the list of the scheduled meetings at no time.
– If you book option 1 contact with the scheduled ladies is not permited.

Option 2- Suggestions based on your given criteria & Favorites list

Conditions:
–  For Option 2 is the same conditions apply as for option 1 but you have the additional option of creating your favourites list.
Favourites list:
– When you book this option you can create your favourites list ( by following female members )
– The agency will contact the female members of your favourites list and inquire which ladies would be interested in meeting you in Colombia.
– Contact with the potential ladies of your favourites list that have agreed to meet you via whatsapp prior to your arrival in Colombia is possible.
– The agency does not guarantee that you will meet solely and exclusively meet women from your favorites list, because the meetings are based on mutual interest.
– However we guarantee that the number of introductions that you have booked will be realized and that you only will be introduced to women that meet your criteria ( age range ).
– We also guarantee that you will only be introduced to female members that have seen your photos and personal information and that have agreed to meet you.

This following is valid for option 1 and 2
–  If you cancel any meetings prior or during your trip, these meetings will not be replaced.
– We notify you immediately of any changes of the meeting schedule during your stay in Colombia
– In the unlikely case that one or several of your approved matches fail to show up during your stay in Colombia we will try to replace the meetings with another match of your criteria ( age range ).
– If the agency fails to subsitute the failed meetings the client has can demand a refund on the meetings that did not show up.
