My Colombian Wife (MCW) – Personal Matchmaking Service

1. Refund Policy

1.1 Due to the personalized nature of our matchmaking service, all payments made under this agreement are non-refundable.

1.2 If the Client is unable to travel to Colombia within twelve (12) months after making the reservation payment, the reservation will be extended for an additional twelve (12) months at no additional cost.

1.3 If the Client is unable to use the service personally before the matchmaking process has commenced, the reservation may be transferred to a third party upon prior written approval from the Agency.

1.4 By making any payment, the Client confirms that he has read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of the Service

2.1 Once the Agency has received the full service fee, we will begin preparing the Client’s matchmaking tour, including:

• Hotel recommendations in safe areas of Colombia.
• Assignment of a professional interpreter and local guide.
• Preparation of a personalized list of suitable female members.

2.2 Once the Client has confirmed his flight and hotel reservations, the Agency will begin contacting selected female members and will keep the Client informed about their responses.

2.3 The service consists of arranging introductions with female members who have expressed genuine interest in meeting the Client as a potential long-term partner.

2.4 Although the Agency has maintained an excellent response rate throughout its history, no specific number of meetings can be guaranteed due to the nature of personalized matchmaking.

2.5 The service fee covers the Agency’s professional efforts in identifying compatible female members, organizing introductions, coordinating meetings, and providing coaching and support throughout the matchmaking process.

3. Priority List (VIP Membership – Option 2)

3.1 The Agency will make every reasonable effort to arrange meetings with women selected by the Client from his Priority List.

3.2 However, the Agency reserves the right to contact only those women whom we consider suitable matches based on compatibility, expectations, and realistic relationship potential.

3.3 Women whose expectations, age preferences, or relationship goals differ significantly from those of the Client may not be contacted.

3.4 Because our matchmakers know our female members personally, we are able to evaluate compatibility before arranging introductions.

3.5 If an insufficient number of suitable candidates are available from the Priority List, the Client may either:

• add additional women to his list, or
• accept alternative profile recommendations from the Agency.

3.6 Since every woman receives the Client’s recent photographs, profile information, translated presentation video, and introduction before deciding whether she wishes to meet him, the Agency cannot guarantee any minimum number of meetings.

4. Meeting Locations

4.1 All meetings will take place at locations selected by the Agency.

4.2 Meetings are normally held in reputable public locations such as cafés or restaurants located in Park 93, Zona T, Salitre, or similar safe areas.

4.3 Meetings inside hotel rooms or hotel lobbies are not permitted.

5. Inviting Female Members from Other Cities

5.1 The Client may request to invite female members from other Colombian cities to Bogotá.

5.2 Subject to mutual agreement with the female member, the Agency will arrange:

• domestic round-trip airfare,
• hotel accommodation,
• meeting coordination.

5.3 The fee for this service is €400 per participant.

5.4 Female members will normally stay at a hotel located close to the Client’s hotel.

6. Safety During Meetings

6.1 The Agency can only supervise and help ensure the Client’s safety during meetings attended by one of our interpreters.

6.2 Standard introductions include up to two (2) hours of interpretation.

6.3 Additional interpretation hours may be arranged directly with the interpreter and are payable immediately after the meeting.

7. Independent Meetings

7.1 Meetings arranged privately without the knowledge of the Agency are entirely at the Client’s own risk.

7.2 The Agency accepts no responsibility for meetings arranged independently after or outside the official matchmaking program.

7.3 The Agency strongly recommends avoiding meetings at private residences or hotel rooms.

8. Safety Recommendations

For your personal safety we recommend that you:

• withdraw cash only with the assistance of one of our interpreters whenever possible;
• avoid carrying large amounts of cash;
• keep copies of your passport and identification at your hotel;
• use Uber or Cabify instead of street taxis;
• avoid displaying expensive phones or valuables in public;
• inform the Agency before traveling outside Bogotá;
• avoid meeting women from dating apps during your matchmaking tour.

The Agency can only provide safety supervision during official meetings arranged through MCW.

9. Our Commitment

The Agency will:

• conduct background screening of participating female members, including criminal record verification where available;
• ensure that every woman has reviewed the Client’s profile, recent photographs, translated presentation video, and personal information before agreeing to meet;
• provide ongoing assistance and safety guidance throughout the Client’s stay.

10. Transportation Costs

10.1 Local transportation expenses are not included in the tour price.

10.2 The Client is expected to reimburse reasonable transportation expenses incurred by female members attending meetings in Bogotá.

10.3 Transportation costs are typically less than USD 10 per meeting.

11. Expenses During Meetings

11.1 The Client is expected to invite both the female member and the interpreter for refreshments or meals during each meeting.

11.2 Interpretation services include up to two (2) hours per meeting.

11.3 Additional interpretation is charged at USD 12 (or COP 50,000) per additional hour, payable directly to the interpreter.

12. Cancellation of Meetings

12.1 The Agency reserves the right to cancel meetings in cases of inappropriate, disrespectful, or offensive behavior.

12.2 Once meetings have been confirmed, the Client is strongly encouraged to attend all scheduled introductions.

12.3 Meetings cancelled by the Client without valid reason may not be replaced.

12.4 Meeting times depend entirely on the availability of participating female members.

12.5 If the Client becomes ill during the tour, he should notify the Agency immediately so that meetings may be rescheduled whenever possible.

13. Reporting Suspicious Behaviour

Although the Agency carefully screens all female members, no screening process can completely eliminate the possibility of dishonest individuals.

Clients should immediately report any suspicious behavior, including requests for:

• money,
• expensive gifts,
• smartphones,
• jewelry,
• vacations,
• financial assistance,
• emergency payments.

The Agency investigates every report and reserves the right to permanently remove members who violate our standards.

14. No Guarantee

The Agency cannot guarantee:

• marriage,
• engagement,
• a romantic relationship,
• mutual attraction,
• a specific number of meetings.

The final decision whether to meet or pursue a relationship always remains with both the Client and each individual female member.

15. Acceptance

By signing this Agreement and making payment, the Client confirms that he has carefully read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
