Due to 3000 brawls, 50 injured and 10 Colombians killed, during to the celebrations of the first World Cup match
Colombia vs. Greece, which Colombia has won 3:0, Gustavo Petro, the mayor of the Colombian capital Bogota has published the following laws for the match against the Ivory Coast tomorrow thursday the 19th June 2014 :

1. Prohibition of any kind of weapons.

2. Control of the alcohol intake for the drivers of public vehicles (buses ect.)

3. Pico y placa for the whole day. This means that it is prohibited for car owners to drive their own cars this day.

4. We prohibit to block the streets.
